@Ninji@wuffs.org A different side of this. I don’t do sleep tracking although I did try it for a while a few years ago. Been getting up at the crack of dawn lately for the Olympics though, and have dozed off for an hour here and there in the evening. And sleep tracking’s started to give me dire warnings that I’m only sleeping an hour or two a night and how that can be really bad for my health LOL
