I've gone most of my life without seeing a tick, but this year alone I've seen a whole bunch, two of them crawling on me! 😨

Now with the ability to drag & drop images 🥳 Here's a quick test with one I found on Unsplash.

So far it's just HTML, CSS, JS, and SVG. Once I have the SVG elements syncing across sheets (and different layouts, including the option to manually place) I'll add IndexedDB for some data persistence.

Some progress on this weekends web dev project, I'm making a little advent calendar generator ☺️

So far:

- Manged to randomize values into the cells, learning about the Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm in the process

- Ended up hand coding the SVG to get it setup right

- Good groundwork for things to come, I think

Desperately needed to install this Peacock extension today, as I find myself with three different projects open and no way to distinguish between them when quick switching with mission control 🦚

Each day I've been adding a bit more to my weekly planner project from the weekend.

Now it supports:
- Renaming, completing, and deleting tasks
- Add / Delete custom lists
- Apply colours

All saved locally with IndexedDB. I think this is shaping up nice ☺️

- Try to unsubscribe from mailing list, need to be logged in to do so
- Try to log in / forget password, doesn't work
- Raise ticket to GDPR delete my apparent account
