Ayham is 19. He needs to provide for two families. 12 people all together. His description of his living conditions in Gaza are tragic beyond words. Absolute misery. A life-threatening, catastrophic nightmare it's easier not to think about. But Ayham does need to think about it, because he's living it, and watching the people he loves suffer the same catastrophe. He has to watch the children in his family suffer a LSG!
